Blasting Nozzles

There are many factors to consider when purchasing a blast nozzle such as the volume of air available (compressor size), abrasive being used, nozzle orifice, nozzle shape, nozzle material and more. It is important to size a nozzle correctly as well as choosing the right nozzle material for your working conditions. Nozzles are available for both suction (BNP/MH 2 or 3 guns) and pressure systems. Midvale offers many OEM blast cabinet and pot nozzles (Clemco, Axxiom/Schmidt, Empire) as well as high quality aftermarket blast nozzles (Kennametal’s SiAlON and ROCTEC® composite carbide nozzles that offer exceptional wear resistance and high performance).

  • We offer the latest in Blast Nozzle Technology including venturi, double venturi, straight bore, flat nozzles, and more

Blast Ninja Nozzle

Reduce Noise. Improve Performance.

The Blast Ninja nozzle from Kennametal reduces the exit velocity of the air whithout decreasing the particle velocity. This creates a ‘silencer’ effect to reduce the noise at the nozzle. A study showed a decrease of up to 17 decibedls compared to a traditional long venturi nozzle.
