Wet Blasting Cabinet

The wet blasting process creates smooth and precise finishes while reducing abrasive embedment.

Wet Blast Cabinet

It eliminates the dust problems associated with traditional blast cabinets, while preserving media longer than traditional dry blasting. Manual wet blasting cabinet is a closed loop design that allows for flexibility of parts being blasted.

Wet Blast Systems are designed to reduce embedment in parts, reduce heat/possible warping, and to clean between the cracks and/or pores of a surface.

Wet Blasting uses a slurry mixture which consists of water and an abrasive. Its purpose is to descale, deburr, composite etch, de-oil, and provide a surface finish that is smooth and cosmetically appealing.

Wet Blasting typically uses no chemicals, only water and an abrasive in a closed loop system. This makes the abrasive highly recyclable and long lasting.
