Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk performs various clerical and routine accounting tasks, including posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to QuickBooks, processing payments.

Responsibilities

  • Verify vendor data and invoices. Keys invoice data and prepares and mails check batches
  • Answers telephones professionally, opens and distributes mail, and assists in other clerical functions
  • Prepares routine entries and posts financial transactions; reconciles entries
  • Orders office supplies and maintains department equipment, supplies, and inventories
  • Assists with invoicing, filing, and scanning for Accounts Receivable

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Sound judgment, ability to think critically and evaluate data
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and responsiveness
  • Courteous demeanor in handling phone calls and answering the front door
  • Strong detail orientation and highly organized
  • Demonstrate patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers
  • Ethical, with a commitment to company values
  • Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required and QuickBooks experience a plus

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Warehouse Associate with forklift experience. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for general labor, safely loading, and unloading containers using a forklift. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service with internal and external customers. We seek candidates who are anxious to learn new skills and become an integral part of the warehouse. For the right candidate, we will consider assisting you to obtain your CDL. If you like growth and developing your skills, then we would welcome the opportunity to meet you.

Essential Job Duties

  • Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift
  • Verify that proper documentation is attached
  • Assists with physical inventories and cycle count, ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Inspect each pallet and or case for correct quantities, item brands, and lot codes (as applicable) and damages
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
  • Perform forklift duties, and learn to containerize basic loads
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CDL Class B
