High Pressure Water Deburring

High Pressure Water Deburring Systems such as the one above have been manufactured in the U.S. since 1986 gradually evolving into one of the most robust and successful system on the market today. Machines in the field trange from 6″ X 6″ X 6″ envelope size to 24″ X 30″ X 50″ envelope size deburring various aluminum and ferrous metal parts. Lab testing is done in a machine that can generate 8000 to 10000 PSI in order to test sample parts before a quote is provided. This allows for a process to be developed and suited to your particular parts.

  • Fully automated systems that are ideal for a multitude of industries including die casting, foundry work, automotive remanufacturing, and many other speciality applications where precision is needed
  • Fixtures, tooling, and jigs can be fabricated for just about any application

Pipe Blaster

Midvale Industries offers fully automated Pipe Blasting Equipment for the removal of rust, mill scale, and to create a surface profile for proper coating adhesion.

These systems include skew roll blast systems that are designed to clean pipe or other long and round material. The skew roll conveyor not only keeps round parts in place but rotates them 360 degrees while conveying them through the blast chamber.

A range of system sizes are offered cleaning up to 42” of pipe at variable rates.

For processing, parts are loaded onto a powered turntable which rotates within the blast envelope to provide 360° exposure to the blast stream. Models with an oscillating blast wheel, such as our 36″ Power Table, enhance blast coverage. Features like the swing door expedite loading and unloading by enabling the operator to sway the system’s door-mounted turntable in and out of the blast enclosure.

Shot Blasting Equipment

The monorail wheel blast system is a fully automated system designed for 24 hour production. Systems are typically used in applications blasting heavier parts at higher rates. Blast systems are easily integrated into the rest of the production flow such as paint lines.

These systems offer the ability to utilize a blast machine in conjunction with other machines. This automates a process reducing high labor costs associated with batch type blasters. They come in many different blast envelopes.

These rugged machines can automate your process while  cleaning or removing flash from die-cast parts. This is a great option for automating and streamlining your shot blast process.
