Midvale Industries stocks many different types of foundry release agents and mold partings for both automated and manual molding systems. Partings are available for use in coldbox, sodium silicate, no-bake, shell, and in green sand systems. There are formulations that are designed for low VOC emissions, odor free, and designed to be longer lasting than traditional partings. Freedom green sand parting is specially designed to improve pattern release and reduce build up on patterns. Freedom Foundry Products are premium products that are cost-effective and used by foundries around the country. They are a fraction of the price of competitor’s products.
We offer a variety of partings including no-bake, liquid, non-silica and silica, green sand additive, odor free, and more
Depending on the formulation, Freedom Parting and Release Agents can be used in no-bake, coldbox, sodium silicate systems, and more
Freedom Partings clean the pattern as it releases and require less material per application

Hot toppings can assure total feeding of a casting and reduce shrink defects by protecting your melt from chilling. Insulating and exothermic toppings are available providing consistency on each and every pour. We offer formulation ranging from mildly to highly exothermic. Freedom Foundry Products are premium products that are cost-effective and have been used by foundries all around the country to create value for a fraction of the price of competing products.
Exothermic Hot Topping
Freedom Foundry exothermic hot toppings prevent costly shrink defects, reduce smoke and offensive odor, and provide superior insulating and exothermic blanket covering that prevents heat loss.
Insulating Compounds
Insulating compounds aid in riser efficiency and maximization and are engineered to be highly insulating.

High Pressure Water Deburring Systems such as the one above have been manufactured in the U.S. since 1986 gradually evolving into one of the most robust and successful system on the market today. Machines in the field trange from 6″ X 6″ X 6″ envelope size to 24″ X 30″ X 50″ envelope size deburring various aluminum and ferrous metal parts. Lab testing is done in a machine that can generate 8000 to 10000 PSI in order to test sample parts before a quote is provided. This allows for a process to be developed and suited to your particular parts.
Fully automated systems that are ideal for a multitude of industries including die casting, foundry work, automotive remanufacturing, and many other speciality applications where precision is needed
Fixtures, tooling, and jigs can be fabricated for just about any application
Systems are built in an ISO 9001 and QS 9001 TE Supplement facilty
